SSC Officer in Indian Navy for Executive and Technical Branch – December 2012

Online applications are invited for Short Service Commissioned (SSC) officers in executive branch (General Service – GS) and for Technical branch candidates. The only unmarried Male Indian Citizens candidates can apply for Short Service Commission (SSC) officer in Executive and Technical Branch of Indian Navy for December 2012 course.


Education Qualification –
Candidate must be a Engineer (BE / B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks in appropriate branch.

Age –
The age of the candidate should be in between 19 & 6 months to 25 years for Technical Service/Submarine and Executive Service (General Service – GS)
Candidates who apply for Naval Architecture Cadre should be in between 21 to 25 years.

Pay Scale – 
Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 with grade pay of Rs. 5,400 and MSP of Rs. 6,000
Agreement – Short Service Commission (SSC) has a term of 10 years which is extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance / willingness of the candidate.
